Fulbright U.S. Student Program
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is a scholarship program funded by the United States government and designed to give students from other countries the opportunity to study in the U.S.
Scholarships are available for postgraduate education leading to a Master's or PhD, as well as for non-degree postgraduate study. Approximately 4,000 international students get Fulbright scholarships every year; the number of grants varies by country. The award covers all costs associated with the studies, including tuition, books, flights, a living allowance, and health insurance.
MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program:
The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program offers scholarships to students from low-income families. The scholarship program is available to both US citizens and international students. Students must be enrolled full time and they can use the funds for tuition, fees and books.
Students must be enrolled at any US university and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher to apply. The scholarship covers tuition and fees as well as some living expenses up to $10,000 per year (for up to 2 years).
Davidson Fellows Scholarship
The Davidson Fellows Scholarship is a $24,000 award for students who are planning to pursue a career in public service. The scholarship is for one year only and can be used for tuition, fees and books. Students must be enrolled full time and US citizens or permanent residents.
Rotary Peace Fellowship for Professional and Graduate Studies

Rotary chooses individuals every year to earn fully-funded academic fellowships at one of its peace centers. These individuals come from all across the world. These grants pay for all internship and field study costs as well as accommodation and board, round-trip transportation, and tuition and fees. At Duke University, University of North Carolina, and other US and non-US universities, up to 50 master's degree fellowships may be given out. Between 15 and 24 months are spent on the program.
Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program develops leadership skills among international professionals who work together to address local and global concerns and promote change for the benefit of the whole world community.
Applicants must have earned the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree and must have applied to their proposed institutions of study by the time of the application. Application opens from August 1 to December 1 each year. Up to five fellows receive between $18,000 and $30,000
Emerging Leaders Scholars Program of the Obama Foundation
The Obama Foundation Scholars Program is a brand-new initiative between the Obama Foundation and the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago for up-and-coming international leaders who are committed to solving global problems. The Scholars Program offers fully supported master's in the arts programs that last one year. Conference and volunteer project travel expenses are also entirely covered.
Scholarship for the University of New Haven
For overseas students, the University of New Haven Award is a fully financed scholarship. This award is exclusively available for master's degree programs. This award will cover 75% of their graduate program's tuition as well as an hourly pay and a chance for experiential learning.

This award is fully financed by the AAUW Fellowship Program. The American Association of University Women, USA, is the organization providing this scholarship.
